Privacy policy

In short: we only receive what you write in the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it or share it. We don't use tracking cookies. We do measure visits in aggregate and without cookies, and we tell you exactly how further down.

01What data we receive

Only what you send in the contact form: name and email (required), and optionally company, budget or timeline, preferred time and your message. We don't collect anything else, and we don't build profiles.

02What we use it for

Only to answer your inquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a proposal. Your message goes straight to our inbox. We don't store it in any database and we don't use it for advertising.

03Who processes it

The site loads no widgets or scripts from external domains: the fonts, the appointment scheduler and the visit measurement are served from the same domain. But when you write to us through the form, your message passes through four providers, and we'd rather name all of them:

• Vercel — site hosting and visit measurement. It receives the request metadata (including your IP), as any web server does, and processes the aggregate metrics described in point 04.
• Cloudflare (Workers + KV) — processes the form submission. The fields you type pass through it in transit; KV stores only a per-IP counter for the submission rate limit, which expires after 10 minutes.
• Resend — delivers the email.
• Google — it's the inbox where we receive your message, so it receives its content.

Each one handles the data under its own policy. There is no database: your message isn't stored anywhere on our side, it only travels to our inbox. The full detail, with what each one processes, is on our Security page.

04Cookies and analytics

The site does not use tracking cookies and doesn't assign you any persistent identifier. We store a single preference (the language you choose) in your browser's local storage; it doesn't leave your device.

We do use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, the measurement built into our own hosting. It's worth spelling out what that is and what it isn't:

• It sets no cookies and doesn't build a profile that follows you across sites or across visits.
• It records aggregate data: page viewed, referrer, country, device type and browser, plus page-load speed metrics.
• The script and the data it sends go out from our own domain (/_vercel/…): there is no request to any third party.
• It isn't shared with advertisers or cross-referenced with what you write in the form.
• We use it for one thing only: to know which pages get read and whether the site loads fast.

You can check this yourself in your browser's network tab. If your browser has "Do Not Track" enabled or a blocker, the measurement simply doesn't happen and the site works the same.

05Security

Form requests have a per-IP rate limit, origin blocking and technical logging to prevent abuse and spam. Malicious traffic is discarded.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to us through the contact form. Since we don't maintain a database, deleting the corresponding email is normally enough.

07Contact

DeepReckon is a trading name; formal incorporation of the company is in progress and, once completed, the registered company name and tax identification number will be published here and on the Security page. For any privacy matter, write to us through the contact form.
